Leviathan is a book from the 1600's that basically suggested democracy as the best form of government. The word "Leviathan" dates back to the Bible where it is used to refer to a sea "monster" of some type. I decided to play off both ideas. For this book cover I have a sea monster representing a sovereign and the monster's body is composed of tiny people. Since the book is from so long ago, I decided to keep the cover in black and white.
